Hotel Butua Residence - Budva

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the old town, and my room was clean and spacious. The balcony was amazing, and the sea view was the highlight. The super nice team, especially Svetlana at reception 😊

The atmosphere created was quiet!

The staff was helpful and created quiet atmosphere. Good location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. The breakfast was satisfactory and located within 400 metres from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was a plus.

Rooms offer great space and nice views, but the parking garage is narrow and overpriced.

The rooms where amazingly comfortable and the location was magnificent. I enjoyed being within a 10-minute walk from the tube.

Stayed 2 nights and was shocked by the extra 15€ for parking-how generous. The wifi was non-existent, with promises that went unfulfilled. I expected a welcome gift or room upgrade for these inconveniences, but I guess the staff were too busy. Almost gave a good review, but couldn't overlook these flaws.

Big rooms with space to breathe and a lekker balcony to chill on. Great location near the old city, marina and all the beaches. The staff were really friendly, like you feel at home ya know?

Not impressed with the breakfast, felt a bit sad, like they just brought leftovers or something.

Enjoyed a spacious double room with a lovely balcony view. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring comfort during hot days. The breakfast options were disappointing. Fresh bread would elevate the morning experience. For future guests, consider dining outside to explore local cuisine.

Would definitely recommend this place and would like to go back there again. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. the location was comfortable as for me. I found a pretty good Yo restaurant very close to the hotel and had brunch there👍. The place has a great location near the Seattle Art Museum and is only a 25-minute drive from the airport, although it might be a bit tricky to locate shops nearby.

Excellent location in a very pleasant area. Short walk to the largest local food market and the supermarket. Close to Mogren 2 beach, the Old Town, and the beach. Convenient 25-minute drive from Saint Anne's Well.

The hotel boasts a magnificent location, just a 20-minute walk from the city center. We enjoyed a room with a bath, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of tourist information.

Big units equipped with an electric kettle and fridges. Marvellous and convenient location close to beaches, supermarkets, and stores. Super close walk to Slipstream Sculpture. Located in a common area.

The venue is fairly clean and big. Amicable staff members. Comfortable and magnificent location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Seattle Art Museum.
